The massive home has a charming, spacious layout with 3 living rooms and private spaces for peace and privacy. Please note that the stairs are steep due to the home's older construction standards.

St. Bernard, Ohio is a city with a rich history, originally settled in 1793 by John Ludlow. In 1850, John Bernard Schroeder purchased and auctioned lots along Carthage Pike, naming the area St. Bernard. The city saw rapid growth in the late 19th century due to its location in the Mill Creek Valley and close proximity to Cincinnati, and became an industrial power with the addition of companies such as Procter and Gamble's Ivory Soap. Despite challenges in the 20th century, St. Bernard remains a proud, independent community to this day. A new St. Bernard Branch Library has been dedicated to commemorate the city's history.

Crew Housing provides rental management and marketing services on behalf of homeowners (the “Owner”) who rent their properties to guests (the "Guest" or "you") seeking accommodations on a short term or long-term basis. We are the Owner's local representation and the properties authorized representative who will perform the services related to your reservation. By booking the home and services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions of this guest agreement (the "House Rules"). This agreement applies to both short-term rentals and long-term leased rentals.

Airbnb allows Hosts to add a written set of additional rules to their standard House Rules. Hosts’ additional rules specify and set conditions for matters that are not addressed or those that superseded the standard default Airbnb policies.

1. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

3. Upon arrival we ask that you inspect the property and let us know within the first hour of arrival if you identify any issues or have specific questions or concerns.

1. PLEASE send us a message on airbnb when you leave the property.
2. Please make sure to turn off all lights, appliances and air conditioning.
3. Please lock all windows and doors before leaving.
4. Please wash and put away any dishes used during your stay.
5. Please ensure the fridge is empty and clean.
6. Please remove all personal belongings from the property.
7. Please ensure that all trash is property disposed of.
8. Please report any stains, damage or if anything was broken prior to departure.

2. EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT

Please note that an accepted request to book does not guarantee approval for early check-in or late check-out. Additional fees may apply for early check-in or late check-out, and these must be pre-approved in writing on the Airbnb platform to avoid any confusion or disputes. Guests are responsible for notifying the host on the Airbnb platform when vacating the property to avoid any late check-out fees. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in and/or late check out time was approved.

Early check in has a flat fee of $50 that can be paid at time of approval.

Pre-approved late check out is charged at $50 per hour. Late check out is billed per hour, no fractional hours will be billed we round up to the next hour. You must notify us on the platform when you vacate, failure to do so will result in a $250 flat rate late check out fee.

NON PRE-APPROVED late check outs are very disruptive to our cleaning schedule and incoming guests.
