You'll be staying in the ground-floor unit, Apt 1-B, which occupies the back section of the former hardware store. Imagine the stories the walls could tell if they could only speak!

Located on the south side of Pittsburgh our charming 4 unit building was built in 1930. Originally a first floor retail store front with a second floor stockroom and office, the 3rd floor was the business owners personal apartment. In the early 1970s the building was remodeled and became a 4 unit apartment complex.

Perched on historic Brownsville Road the building has enjoyed a front row seat to almost a century of Pittsburgh history.
