Wonderful Getaway

This was a wonderful place to escape and enjoy the North Carolina Mountains. The space was very clean and was terrifically stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, and household items. Communication with the owner was also terrific and her response time was quick. Thanks for having such a nicely maintained space to rest and relax.

Cozy vacation

It was perfect for our family and friends. The house was super cozy and decorated so sweetly for Christmas. Loved the hot tub and how convenient it was to the slopes. Literally “ski in ski out”

Loved access to mountain

This was a fun summer retreat for our family. We were able to walk down the mountain to the resort which we enjoyed. Kids loved the arcade game in the loft. My husband and I slept great in the loft. The AC worked great which provided a nice cool nights sleep and the bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the hot tub as a family. No complaints from this bunch. We hope to return when there is snow!

Great location but needs a little maintenance

The cabin was small, but just enough. Great location for skiing. The property needed a little maintenance (broken toilet seat, leaking kitchen sink etc, and most of all the hot tub wasn’t clean!). Called management twice and they finally sent someone over to shock and clean the hot tub.

Incredible place to stay for a Beech Mtn getaway

Our family chose to do our Christmas in the area again and we jumped on this cabin as it became available. Most importantly, we wanted access to the ski slope without having to park in the public parking for skiing. Specifically, this cabin is at the top of the green run, Carolina Caribbean. It's a very short walk (maybe 50 yards depending on snow) to the top of the run. It's not a true ski/out, but it was awfully close. In terms of the cabin, it was really great (though just a little small-ish). However, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Everything was clean and really well appointed. They have everything you need at the cabin and more. We stayed at Christmas and there was a tree up which was fantastic for our family to wake up a Christmas morning with a tree, fully lit. On top of that, there's a record player with healthy selection of music which we used often, a bar cart with wine and whiskey glasses, smart tv (with tvs in nearly every room), super clean hot tub (during the time we stayed), gas grill, outside seating, massive dining table, full sized fridge, and just about every little smaller item you could think of. The house is positioned perfectly, has a fire pit outside (fully lighted), easy access to the home (no keeping up with keys) and just a very enjoyable stay. The owners have done a great job turning this home to a great rental. When we come back to beech, this home will get the first look. Plus, the rental company does a really good communicating.

Snowmakers Cabin Super Cozy

There were 5 of us in our party and loved the ski in ski out convenience of the home. You can walk down below the house but the conveyor cuts off at 5:00 so after 5:00 take the middle lift and ski up and walk down the road if night skiiing. The cabin was super clean and nice pots and pans for cooking really everything we needed since we brought our own food for the nights we were there. Nice big sofa so everyone could sit comfortably at night and large table we enjoyed for eating and cards at night. The upstairs bedroom had the larger bed and only complaint was shower is at an angle since its an A frame and you step over the toilet to get into it so they showered downstairs after that since they are not large just 5 foot 7 and 5 "1 but found showering uncomfortable. I loved the downstairs shower and only complaint in bedroom is way to many decorative pillow on the bed. I piled them in the closet but then did not have any room for boots and other shoes. Need only 1 since rooms are not super large. The hot tub was awesome and we enjoyed it on several of the nights we were there. We all wondered by the Christmas tree was still up in March and should be taken down. Drive way is steep and gravel and even with the 4 wheel drive and no snow the large Armada dug tires into the gravel but we managed. Large deck overlooking the mountain and we loved the Karaoke microphone and had fun singing. I definitely would stay in this cabin again just those few tips that we thought to mention :)
