Great Condo Next to Gondola! Walk to Everything!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. This apartment lies right next to Aspen Mountain and is ski-in, ski-out. This apartment has been newly remodeled, has wonderful views with a large wrap around deck. When entering the apartment you come to the a nice open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room table that seat 6, and bar seating for 3 people. This space then flows into a cute seating area in front of the fireplace, or you can enjoy the views from the sofa in the living room, The sofa even folds out for the convenience of an extra bed. This level also has a full bathroom. Going downstairs there are two bedrooms; a main bedroom with a King bed, ensuite bathroom with shower. The Guest room has two Twin beds that can be pushed together to be made a King. The wrap around patio gives you that great extensions to the mountain with a nice table, seating area and grill to enjoy. Checking In Made Easy: At check-in, please present a valid photo ID that matches the registered guest’s name. A credit card will also be required to cover any potential incidental charges or damages. Resort fees, if applicable, are payable directly to the resort.

Main Guest: Within 24 hours of your booking acceptance, please provide the name of the main guest. If not received in time, we’ll use the name from your booking platform. Please note: once issued, we can’t change the Guest Certificate.

No Refunds, No Worries: Just a heads up, after accepting your booking, we cannot issue refunds or credits. We appreciate your understanding!

Age Policy: The main guest needs to be at least 21 years old to register at our resort.

Stay Your Way: Our standard rentals run from Fri-Fri, Sat-Sat, or Sun-Sun. Looking for something a bit longer? We might have options, though rates could be higher for extended stays.

Unique to You: Have any special requests? Whether it’s a custom bed setup or a specific room view, ask us at check-in. We'll do our best, but please remember, it’s all subject to availability.

Parking Info: Depending on the resort, parking fees may apply. These are not included in your booking rate.
