The Montague on Magnolia is a newly renovated (2024) home ideally located in downtown Ocean Springs. It's just steps away from the Mary C O'Keefe Cultural Arts Center and Government Street, the heart of downtown shopping and dining. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, the Montague on Magnolia offers the perfect balance of relaxation and easy access to the happenings of downtown Ocean Springs. To ensure compliance with the City of Ocean Springs noise ordinance, the property has a noise monitoring device (no recording). For added peace of mind the property also has two outdoor security cameras—one in the front yard viewing the driveway and one in the back yard viewing the patio.

You will have access to the entire 2-story house, complete with circle driveway for parking up to 5 cars (free.) There is a locked owner's closet downstairs--please do not try to access this during your stay. In the private backyard, there is a cabinet with corn-hole and other outdoor games, which you are welcome to enjoy!

Downstairs, the primary bedroom is adjacent to a full bathroom and closet/office (we call it the "cloffice") for maximum privacy. Three upstairs bedrooms share a second full bathroom. All bedrooms feature high-quality mattresses and pillows, wrapped in luxurious, high-thread-count linens for the ultimate sleep experience. All bedrooms have ample space for storing your clothing, whether in dressers, armoires, or closets. Three rooms have full-length mirrors, three have smart TVs, and two include cozy reading nooks with comfy seating and an array of books for all ages. From wall colors to (local) art adorning the walls, each room truly has its own personality... there's something for everyone!

**KITCHEN AND DINING**
Outfitted with sleek, stainless steel appliances and elegant quartz countertops, our kitchen is perfect for whipping up a good meal to share with your favorite people. Brew your morning cup with a convenient coffeemaker and enjoy the fully-stocked kitchen, complete with essentials ready for your culinary adventures. Choose between the casual dining area in the kitchen or step it up a notch in our gorgeous formal dining room. (Or spread out across both... this setup is perfect for families & friends who want to keep it classy for the grownups while the little ones do their own thing at the "kids' table!")

**GAME ROOM**
Like a "speakeasy" from days of old, this room is a bit of a hidden surprise, but it may just be where you want to spend all your time! The vintage art and old-school look of the bluetooth phonograph/record player will transport you to a different time while you enjoy shuffleboard, TV, an assortment of board games and puzzles, or even get your creative juices flowing with the "art cart."

**OUTDOOR SPACE**
The peaceful and private backyard patio is a great spot for relaxation and fun, especially when the sun goes down. Cook up some fresh fish on the grill, gather around the fire pit with some cocktails, or challenge each other to a rousing game of corn hole!


The circle driveway makes it easy for multiple vehicles to come and go. Downtown is easy walking distance, but Uber is always available, too.
