Mary was responsive and helpful throughout our pre-arrival timeframe, even generously providing guidance and help the night before our arrival when we had a last minute, regional flight cancellation. Her sister, Terry, and Terry’s husband, Dennis, met us at the house, and were warm and welcoming, giving us a tour of the house, a map of the island, and tips on how to get around, as well as recommendations for what to do and where to eat. The villa was filled with thoughtful touches to help make our stay easier and more enjoyable, including toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo / conditioner, body wash, hand sanitizer, dish soap, sponges / dish cloths, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, bug spray, suntan lotion, a fully-stocked first aid kit, games, yoga mats, pool floaties, and all the beach and snorkel gear a family might want or need. The kitchen was very well stocked, including a Welcome Basket of fresh goodies from the farm (eggs, milk, cheese, and Terry’s delicious, homemade pepper jelly), coffee, sugar, flour, rice, pasta, most spices / oils / condiments, aluminum foil, cling wrap, etc., and even some adult beverages chilling in the refrigerator. The villa itself was extremely clean and comfortable, with strong, reliable WiFi, and an amazing folding door system along opposing walls of the main living space, creating a constant cross breeze and the perfect open air environment. The observation tower provided gorgeous water views, while the patio and pool area provided equally gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains, as well as a great balance of sun or shade, depending on your preference. Terry was an amazing hostess; remaining easy to reach and extremely responsive throughout our stay, while always making us feel like we were staying with a friend. We can’t thank you enough for hosting our family at your extra special villa; your hospitality and your home created the perfect getaway for our family of 5. We had an incredible stay, and we definitely plan to return!
