Managed by Navigate Stays, this inviting 1,300 sq. ft. home offers a perfect blend of comfort and rustic charm, making it an ideal getaway for families, friends, and nature lovers alike. The home accommodates 6 adults with the option to include up to 2 small children for a total of eight.

Step inside to discover a warm and welcoming living area, where you can relax by the wood-burning fireplace or enjoy a movie night on the large, internet-connected smart TV. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into the dining area, which comfortably seats eight and is perfect for family meals or game nights.

The home features three well-appointed bedrooms, each designed for relaxation after a day of adventure.

Bedroom 1: Equipped with a cozy queen bed, it offers a peaceful retreat with ample closet space.
Bedroom 2: Also features a comfortable queen bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
Bedroom 3: Ideal for larger groups, this room includes a queen bed and two twin beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements.

Each bedroom comes with memory foam mattresses, extra pillows, and blankets to ensure every guest's comfort.

There are two full bathrooms in the home, each stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The bathrooms are designed with both style and convenience in mind, ensuring a refreshing start to your day.

Step outside to a spacious, private backyard, where the centerpiece is our oversized gas fire pit—one of the most beloved features of our home. Guests often mention how much they enjoy gathering around it to roast marshmallows and share stories, whether it's summer or winter. It’s also our favorite spot for family time in the evenings. You can unwind in the hot tub under the stars or fire up the gas grill for a BBQ. The backyard is perfect for enjoying the crisp mountain air and taking in the beautiful natural surroundings. There’s also ample space for your four-legged friends, as pets are welcome

Believe it or not, finding a free spot to go snow sledding in Big Bear can be a challenge. However, right behind our cabin, nestled in the forest, you'll discover numerous perfect spots for sledding. The best part? Since there's no public parking, it’s never crowded. The only people who have access are those staying in the surrounding homes, ensuring a peaceful and private sledding experience.

The property offers parking for up to two cars in the driveway, with additional space for visitors. Please note that street parking is not allowed during the winter months due to city regulations.

For your convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and a selection of cleaning supplies.

Big Bear Lake Shoreline: The beautiful shoreline of Big Bear Lake is just a 5-minute drive away, offering opportunities for fishing, boating, and lakeside picnics during the warmer months.
