Your home away from home in Annapolis with 4 bedrooms. Under 2 miles to the Naval Academy!
This spacious home is located in a quiet, walkable, wooded neighborhood on 2 acres of land. Ample parking available on driveway and street! First floor has a large updated kitchen, spacious dining room, living room, and sunroom overlooking the private, shaded backyard.

Two First floor bedrooms:
Master King Bed with Private Bath
Guest Queen Bed with Full Bath

Two Second Floor bedrooms:
Twin Bunk Room- 2 bunks (sleeps 4)
Twin Bedroom - 3 Twins (sleeps 3) OR can be 1 KING and 1 Twin
Hallway full bath shared by both rooms

Basement rec-room has a pool table and plenty of toys for young ones. Back porch and yard space are great for hosting outdoor parties. Trampoline for kids to jump. Upper landing has a large desk area great for reading or working from home.
No pets please.
