I'm Jim a retired Naval Aviator. I have circled the globe twice (in a C-130 plane, not a ship!). I am a current airline pilot (A320/321) and I frequently travel domestically and throughout the Caribbean. As an Eagle Scout, and a retired Scoutmaster, I do my best to be prepared for anything. Even when I am traveling, I try to catch the Duke University Blue Devils Basketball games. Come and stay at our vacation home in The Berkshires.

Monterey is a small country community central to the Arts, Culture, and Outdoor Activities throughout western Massachusetts. We enjoy the weather year round, and often go on hikes with our dog Maisie.

The Berkshires Basecamp is a very large vacation home setup with 5 bedrooms to include 3 King size beds, 3 twins and a full. The spaciousness and multiple gathering/seating spots indoors and outdoors allow groups or families to share time together and yet still be able to find some space for themselves.
