Enjoyed the stay

The home was beautiful only downfall was having to play with the light switch in the hallways of the steps and no railing on the steps .There was a lot of pet hair in the rooms and towel. But overall the stay was amazing

I like to live close to the heart beat of the city. And, this neighborhood is perfectly located to enjoy authentic Kansas City. Easy to get everywhere and close to the fun, culture, night life and sports in KC. Easy to park. Safe to walk. Near a park. Really close to museums, theatres, downtown, and KC night life.

What makes this property unique

There is no other building like this anywhere. Built in 1949 is still has much of its original mid-century modern charm. Updated by me over the last 27 years. It is a labor or love for me. It is unique, artistic, and charming. I think you will love it, too.
