Key Considerations:
1. Kindly read our house rules
2. No pet fees = no animals on premises.
3. Check-in guests must share a government-issued ID (for security)
4. Outdoor-only camera for premises safety.
5. Service area consists of 2 mechanical / storage room in the basement and are locked and off limits for guests.
6. Clean water for kitchen sink is via tap on the side of the house.
7. Dirty water from kitchen since must be be emptied in the lawn outside.
8. Property not suitable for people with mobility issues.
Confirmation of your reservation is considered that you agreed and accepted all house rules.
9. Once booking is confirmed, guests cannot be reduced. Unauthorized individuals will lead to cancellation without refund.
10. Tampering with outdoor cameras, noise monitor or locks will lead to cancellation without refund.
11. You accept responsibility for safety, actions and liability of all guests, supervision of accompanying children and following house rules.
12. No parties, smoking/vaping, marijuana/drugs, weapons inside the house. Additional charges $250+ will be automatically adjudged.
13. No conducting a business on the premises. Remote, online work is fine.
14. Residential noise is not permitted from 10pm to 7am, 7 days a week.
15. No moving around of the furniture, furnishings, or sticking/nailing anything.
16. Repairing any of your damages is your responsibility or repair/replacement charge will be added.
17. We are in no ways responsible for any accidents, injuries or damages to the building or your possessions that may occur during your stay. We recommend purchasing travel insurance from third parties.
18. Indoor garbage bins are provided with bags in the main living area kitchen and the bathroom. If they are filled, please drop the tied bags into the large black bin outside the main door of the house
19.Bottles/packages containing drinkable liquids to be placed in a big blue bag.
20. For any health and safety concern or an emergency, we and our authorized representatives are authorized to enter the property.
21. Unapproved check-out past 10 AM will incur a $50 charge per hour and past 22 PM will incur a full day charge. This does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.
23. Please close and lock all windows and doors, close all lights, switch off large appliances and disconnect small appliances when you leave the property.
24. Additional cleaning charges may be assessed if the house is left unusually messy and unorderly.
25. Dogs or cats must be less than 30 pounds. Pet fee is set for a single pet and will be double for up to a maximum of 2 pets. There is a pet fee per pet, per stay that is added to the total price when pets are added before booking. If a pet is at the house after not having been pre-informed before check-in, a penalty of $250 per pet may be adjudged.
