Lots of parking. Whether you're looking to relax or explore or host a meeting. Only .2 mile from downtown bars and restaurants. 2.5 miles from Georgia Southern Paulson Stadium. We have 3/4 acre of grass and parking lot for tailgating. Invite your friends to tailgate. Grills allowed. This enjoyable and amazing space is the perfect home base for your trip. Very quiet and peaceful with large grass lot. Very close to everything downtown. All Georgia Southern sports and activities are just 2 miles away.
