The space:
Each queen bed is in an individual bedroom with a door lock. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
Other things to note:
A maximum stay of 2 weeks is allowed for booking.
The garage is not included in the rental of the home. It will remain locked. But there is plenty of parking available in the driveway and on the grass, if needed.
Please make all reservations for the exact amount of people who will be staying. During your stay, should you bring more people than what is listed, you will be charged an additional fee of $25 per person per day. Maximum capacity for the rental is 6 people.
No pets are allowed. If brought to the rental, you will be charged $250 for violating this rule, as an additional cleaning fee.
Smoking of any kind is not allowed. You will be charged $250 if you violate this rule, as an additional cleaning fee.
No parties are allowed. No fireworks are allowed.
There is one security camera on property. It is on top of the garage facing the street.
As part of cleaning and rental preparation, an ozonizer machine is used in between guest stays.
