The living room has a brand new luxurious sectional sofa to accommodate everyone. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. The lanai offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and the pool, with lots of blinds to keep your privacy. Just 100 ft on the beautifully landscaped path to our own private beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The Lido Harbor South tradition is cocktails on the sundeck on sunset. Spectacular!

We are walking distance to St Armand's Circle, or you can hop on the Bay Runner which is the free trolley that takes you to St Armand's Circle and Downtown. The pick up. and drop off is right outside of the security gate of the property.

We are situated right near Ted Sperling Nature Park, so morning walks on the bay, or the trail are accessible steps away. We also have our own private slice of the Gulf of Mexico.
