Relax with coffee on the front patio, stargaze from the hot tub, 4-6 person sauna, and gather around the fire pit with Adirondack chairs for cozy evenings and s'mores. Just 27 miles from Zion! Super close to other parks, reservoirs, and outdoor adventures. A tranquil setting combines peace with proximity to town. Your perfect escape awaits!

Well-Stocked Kitchen: Equipped with a coffee bar that includes K-cups, teas, sugars, and syrups, ensuring a delightful start to your day.
Located just 27 miles from Zion National Park and close enough to explore other national parks (118 miles to Grand Canyon North Rim, 130 miles to Bryce NP), 20 miles to reservoirs for paddle boarding, kayaking, boating, and swimming, and outdoor adventures like hiking, mountain biking, and off-roading all around, this tranquil setting combines peace with proximity to town. We are just 15 minutes in either direction to the closest grocery stores. There is a gas station and coffee/ice cream shop around the corner for your last minute needs.
With enough advanced notice, we will be happy to set the house and hot tub to your desired temp upon arrival. Just let us know what time you expect to be there!
You will have access to the entire house and property. There are two locked sheds that you will not have access to.
