Why they chose this property
Orlando's Mills 50 neighborhood is a vibrant and eclectic area known for its diverse food scene, colorful street art, and a strong sense of community. It has the highest concentration of Michelin rated restaurants in Orlando, and home to some of the best local bars and breweries. In addition, it home to the Harry Leu Botanical Gardens as well as the Orlando Science Center and Museum of Art.
I love it because it is walkable to everything great. There is amazing antique shopping near Ivanhoe, fun boutiques as well as several food halls. The asian food here is the best in the state.

What makes this property unique
My property is unique because it a 100 year old bungalow that has been completely renovated and modernized. It is on a very quiet treelined street, but only a few blocks from the best bars (Guesthouse) and restaurants (Hawkers, Santiago's Bodega) in the city. A few steps away is the Colonialtown Park which is great for kids and in the summer, has an awesome pool. Finally, we are in the heart of all the best neighborhoods in the city for dining, drinks and delight.
