Family friendly cape, centrally located in Amherst. Quiet neighborhood near UB South & Daemen.
1st floor: Primary bedroom, guest room w/ desk, full bath w/ tub, living room w/ 65” RokuTV, sonos & full kitchen.
2nd floor: king bedroom w/ desk, kids bunk/playroom & full bath w/ walk-in shower.
Patio w/ table for 6, propane grill & fenced-in yard.
All brand-new furniture. Our home can accommodate up to 2 families of 4. There is a primary bedroom with a king bed and full bathrooms on each floor. There is a dedicated kids/play room upstairs to keep kids entertained (with pack-n-play).
The kitchen has everything you'd expect at your home, including miscellaneous items for kids (plates, bowls, cups, high chair).
L2 EV charging, WiFi, Roku TV's, cable, washer/dryer (basement), off street parking for 3 cars included.
Longer stays preferred w/ discounts.
