Panoramic Views

We loved our stay at Wild Ginger! The house was clean with comfortable beds and well stocked with kitchenware, cozy blankets, and even dog bowls! The two decks were our favorite places to spend our time because the views of the mountains were panoramic and gorgeous…mornings with coffee watching the sunrise and evenings around the gas firepit! It was great that both decks were fully enclosed as our dog loved spending time out there with us! We did take advantage of the theater setup upstairs as well! The house is situated just a short (curvy) drive to town and several trailheads in the park, but was so peaceful and quiet during our stay. Fantastic place for families! Thank you!

Good, CLEAN fun!

The home was very clean with added helpful touches like step-stools in the bathrooms for my littles. The view is gorgeous and the amenities (movie room, popcorn machine, fire pit, hot tub) were so fun on a day we were stuck inside with rain. I would definitely recommend this home to a friend!

Family Spring Break Getaway

This cabin was perfect for our little getaway and first trip to Gatlinburg! Clean and spacious, it had everything we needed and more. The views were beautiful and their response to us was always quick and kind! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Peaceful Tranquillity

My family and I enjoyed our stay in the lovely wild ginger cabin. Location was perfect! The view was priceless. It was very spacious and modern but still had the cabin feel. The host was very responsive. My family and I would recommend for families with young kids and teens. The game room and theater area was a big hit for our 12 year old.

Long weekend in the mountains

We had the best time at wild ginger! The pictures did not do justice of how clean and beautiful it is! We loved using the hot tub on a very cold winter weekend. The kids had a blast in the game room and bunk beds. Highly recommend staying here- lots of fun memories made!

Great Place!

Wonderful place! Kid friendly. Even has barriers on stairs for little kids. Lots of games and activities. Hot tub is great! Beds are great. Short drive to downtown Gatlinburg. They have so many extra blankets/pillows. Top it off is a breathtaking view of the mountains. Can even see the lift to Oober in the distance. 10/10!!!!!

Wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was perfect. The cleanest VRBO we have stayed in. The view was amazing. The drive up the cabin was a little difficult for me as I have a fear of heights, but we handled it fine. I would say if you’re going in snowy I see weather, there are signs that say for by four vehicles necessary. It snowed while we were there and we just stayed put for two days. So many games and movie options for the family. We loved it. The property managers were very quick to reply with questions. The beds were very comfortable.

Accurate and perfect!

You know how sometimes you see the pictures for a property and then show up and it seems to lose its luster? Well that is not the case with this cabin! It is honestly exactly as it appears if not better in person and made for an amazing stay. The property was super clean, stocked with all of the essentials that you would need for a great stay, and the host has great communication. Cant recommend this property enough!

Beyond Our Expectations

Many times, when you book a rental online, the pictures make the place seem better than it is in reality. That isn't the case with this property. It is stunning. The cabin is in immaculate condition - beautiful and super clean. The views are spectacular. It's in the perfect location - close to downtown Gatlinburg and not too far from Pigeon Forge. The yard is the perfect size if you have dogs although on an inline (but it is a mountain after all). The kitchen is well furnished. I appreciated the extra considerations like providing a clothes hamper in the bathroom closet. The game room was a hit and although the cabin doesn't have a traditional theater room - a room dedicated to just watching movies / playing video games - the game room doubles as a theater room which was perfectly fine for us. The television screen is huge and the theater chairs were amazingly comfy. Loved the reclining feature and the fireplace was a nice touch. The hot tub was super clean. The firepit puts out limited heat so if it's super cold it won't keep you toasty. Not a complaint but an FYI for others - the driveway is STEEP and you have to walk up stairs to get inside. Going up and down the mountain was a wild ride with all the twists and turns but the kids loved it! Glad we have a 4WD!! And we saw two bear cubs!! The bunk room has a triple bunk but there is so little headroom that you can really only sleep 2 children.

Cozy and Compact Cabin

The cabin was clean, neat, and smelled new. It was a bit smaller than I expected(for the price), the drive up from town is not the easiest, and there are active bears (cars got broken into with minimal damage). The cabin's views, quality, and floor plan made up for all of it! My family loved this cabin and plans to come back soon.

Sweet 16 trip

The cabin was much better than the pictures. View was absolutely incredible. Kitchen had everything you could think of and then some. 8 teenage girls had no complaints!!

Great views, location & communication

Views & images are just as pictured. Very clean. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, toaster and more. You can see Anakeesta and the Ober tram from the balcony. Location is great if you turn right, out the driveway and good if you turn left. Left is very scary to drive. It's two lanes but narrow for half the journey with almost no guardrails. Right gives you more space and seems safer. Takes about 15mins to Gatlinburg and 20 to Pigeon Forge. You will want a 4x4 in slick & winter weather. Communication was great and they were kind enough to put up Christmas decorations for me as well. Fast response to any questions I had. The hot tub was absolutely fabulous after walking around all day. Would highly recommend and definitely would stay again.

Amazing Cabin and Views

This cabin was the highlight of our trip. The location is perfect, it was nice to get away from the busy town. The views are absolutely amazing. The cabin was beautifully decorated and had everything you need from the fire pit to hot tub to theatre/game room. A welcome guide was provided with all the information you needed for the stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay

The home was amazing and perfect for our family for the week! The game room kept our kids entertained, kitchen had everything we needed plus more, hot tub was fantastic, overall the whole place was exactly what our family was looking for! We will definitely be back!
