As daylight fades, the backyard lighting comes to life with perfect ambiance lighting on desert rocks and palm trees as they sway gently in the warm night breeze, creating a magical desert ambiance that makes this property truly distinctive and welcoming to all.
This is a no-smoking property.
**Handicap Accessible - one level - no stairs
Property is sprawled out over a corner lot, there are only neighbors on two sides, No outdoor music or noise between the hours of 10 p.m and 8:00 a.m. per City Ordinance.
Renter must place trash in the bins located on the side of the house and put out for pick-up every Tuesday evening.
Primary renter must be 25 years old to rent this property and show valid ID.
Disclosure:
This property has exterior security cameras.
Use pool and spa at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty.
Adult(s) required to accompany children indoors/outdoors at all times. Property is not designed for young children, there is no fence around pool, or kid-proof security locks on the interior/exterior.
Utilities:
For stays of 28 nights or more, there is a utility deposit of $1,000 for 28 nights with $250 added for each additional week the guest stays. This goes towards the use of the gas and electricity (Owner does provides a $250 credit per month). The guest is refunded the remaining balance of the utility deposit, which is determined by the usage according to the utility companies. Any remaining balance is refunded to the guest within 45 days after the departure date. Property has 20 solar panels that keep the electric charges on the lower side.
* Pool is only heated upon request, 48 hours advance of your stay. Spa takes approximately 30-60 minutes to heat depending on the outdoor weather on any given day.
*Trash services, pool and yard maintenance, as well as high-speed internet are paid by owner.
Pets:
*$150 Pet Fee per pet. Pet cleaning fee of $150 is applicable upon departure.
*One or two small dogs, trained and well-behaved. No cats (owner allergy).
*Property has a very nice gated patio area perfect for pets, separated from pool area/house.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
This property is NOT available for any type of "master lease" for others to sublet.
