I am originally from Connecticut I’m down to Florida to go to college down in Tampa and decided to stay here as soon as my sons went to college. This neighborhood represents many people who want to retire. It’s not a Trans Am neighborhood. There’s also a Publix shopping center one block away a gas station, a church and a little neighborhood market kids can enjoy the Clearwater aquarium. That’s two blocks down the street.
