Bedrooms 2&3 twin beds, fitted wardrobes, dressing tables, ceiling fans & patio doors onto terrace area. Family shower room with shower, wash hand basin & WC. Modern fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. Large lounge/dinning room comprises of dinning table seating 6 comfortably, 2 three seater sofas, flat screen TV sitting on unit enclosing multi media blue ray dvd player, hi fi system, satellite receiver and Wireless internet connection, patio doors on 2 sides leading to upper terrace with shaded area, 6 seater dinning table & chairs, sofa, chairs & coffee table. Steps leading to secluded lower terrace with sun loungers & solar heated pool ( AT NO EXTRA COST) this is set to work with in 6 degrees of ambient temperature. beach towels provided.

Pleasant Stay

The property location and outlook are fine located in a quiet residential area with great views to the sea.The villa is clean and tidy with a vast outside area with plenty of comfortable furniture.The communication with Graham at the outset was good and the local managers on the island Sandy and Andy were very welcoming and knowledgeable about Fuerteventura.There are a few things that could be improved to make sure your stay meets with expectations:1) the property advertises TV with cable channels - There are NO UK channels and having checked with the local managers this is a known situation2) the property advertises a heated swimming pool - whilst solar heating is attached to the pool unless it’s very hot the pool is cold and unusable- we were advised the temperature is up to 3 degrees above ambient temperature which was only 19/20 degrees - both of these points are disappointing and misleading in the VRBO advertisement of this property3) one sofa needs urgent attention as the seating has completely collapsed on one side4) a new kettle is required with a fitted lidWhilst the above detracted slightly from our stay our overall view is that this is a nice villa, communication has been good and we had a nice holiday.

Sonne, herrliche Aussicht, blaues Meer-paradiesisch! Super auagestattet, alles da, wenn man kochen, grillen, an den Strand möchte. Alleine Beachtowels machen vieles einfacher, genügend Geschirr mit vielen hungrigen Teenagern erleichtern den Tag! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Sejour de rêve

Une super villa avec une vue magnifique. Un super accueil de sandy et son mari. Nous avons eu un gros souci perso durand le sejour et ils se sont démenés pour nous aider.Tellement de belles choses a voir sur cette ile du coup la maison est bien située car elle est au milieux de l ile. Centre ville a 5 min en voiture. Allez y sans hésiter !

Beautiful Villa

What a lovely week we have just had, beautiful villa, very well equipped with stunning views of the sea. Restaurants, bars and beach front all a short taxi ride away, or a 20/40mins walk if you fancy the exercise. Thank you to the owner for the welcome wine and essentials which were well appreciated after a late flight. We would highly recommend this villa.

Fantastic

We had a fantastic holiday! The property was great, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The location was quiet and was perfect for us to relax, and just close enough to the local restaurants and supermarkets when we needed. The booking and check in process was very easy and Sandy was vey helpful in getting us checked in. We did hire a car for this holiday and on Sandy’s advice visited some beautiful parts of the island. We were very sad to leave, but will definitely come back.Thanks

Very quiet residential area with views across towards the sea in the distance . Great for plane spotting as aircraft arrive on the island . Caretaker friendly and available and property spotless . Would give five stars if beach towels were made available and sun beds had pads as you can feel the frames when relaxing in the sun . Our second visit and we will return

Wunderschöne Casa

Die Casa Roja ist wie beschrieben traumhaft schön. Die Casa ist sehr sauber und perfekt gepflegt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Der Pool war sehr schön und hatte eine Solar-Poolheizung sowie eine sehr gute Abdeckplane. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist fantastisch, besonders die gigantischen Sonnenaufgänge kann man sehr gut von der riesigen Terrasse aus beobachten. Der Grill hat uns köstliche Iberico Steaks und Co. zubereitet. Positiv hervorzuheben ist der sehr nette und verlässliche Kontakt zum Vermieter Graham sowie Sandy und Andy vorort; Sie kümmertn sich hervorragend um uns. Auf der großen Terrass sind hervorzuheben die besonders gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten. Unsere Tagesausflüge konnten wir dank schneller WLAN-Verbindung stets perfekt ausarbeiten. Casa Roja, wir sehen uns bestimmt wieder!!!!!

Faultless in every aspect

I can only echo what others have said previously. Spotlessly clean villa in quiet location with lovely views across the landscape towards the sea . Booking process a doddle with clear concise information from the owners for arrival . Wi-Fi good (took my own firestick for tv ) car probably essential for most people but everything you require is 45 minutes walk away . We visited frequently in the 80’s and kept the island a secret . Although it’s changed like everywhere would we return? Of course👍

Home from Home - Great second visit!

Loved this villa so much in November 2022, we visited again in Feb 2023. Great location, spotlessly clean, well equiped. Graham (the owner) even let us know that the pool heating was not working and offered free cancellation, but we stayed anyway and still used the pool (abeit a little chilly). Great for Golf, sunrises, running (my wife) and wondering down for some food to Caleta in the evening. Great place to relax!

Lovely Holiday, Fantastic Villa

We have been to Fuerteventura 3 times in the last year to three different Villas and this was by far the best. Booking, payment and communication with Graham the owner was seamless and very easy. We were allowed to check in a couple of hours early as the Villa had been prepared. Sandy and Andy who manage the property (but we did not meet) had left the place spotless for us. If you want a great Villa, we’ll equipped, with amazing views, a great pool, a short cab ride or car journey from town, close to the golf course, with lovely comfortable furnishings then look no further than Casa Roja. We will be back !!!

Bad start

My wife and l arrived at the property at 10 o'clock at night believing that there would be some-one to greet us but there was no one so we could not gain entry this caused great distress as we are old pensioners my wife is 83 years old and at a loss on what to do but some-one nearby (a doctor) came to our rescue and drove us to a hotel costing us 110 euro for a night's stay , . Next morning a receptionist at the hotel managed to contact Vrbo who gave details on how to contact the owner, on the telephone the owner said he sent instructions on how to gain entry we never received them, after a great deal of wrangling we managed to get instructions, so we got a taxi back to villa to gain entry this was well into Thursday afternoon losing valuable time, money ,and distress on what was to be our dream vacation, A week later we met the villa manager and requested if we could delay our departure till the afternoon as we had a late departure ,this was refused unless we paid extra money , this l found astonishing considering the time and money lost due to not gaining entry to the villa plus no one was moving into the villa till the following day ..We thank Vrbo for their part but feel there should be a backup in case the situation arises again. overall, a very distressing time .

Had a great time at this villa . Very spacious inside and loads of space outside . Quiet location (you will need a car ) or 25 min walk into town . Easy check in check out we would book again

Great location with panoramic ocean view

The villa is in a quiet location overlooking the ocean with extensive private outdoor space and private pool perfect for us to have a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Una casa para disfrutar en familia.

El alojamiento en sí, me parece fantástico, la casa está muy limpia y en la cocina una gran variedad de menaje de hogar para poder cocinar con comodidad. Lo negativo para mi ha sido, que la televisión sólo tenía canales ingleses, ninguno en español. A la hora de comunicarme con la agencia que lleva la casa solo habla en inglés, y entiendo que no todo el mundo tiene porque saber inglés, y esta casa está en España. Hay una carpeta con normas e instrucciones y también están en inglés. También comentar que no se exactamente los productos que se le ponen a la piscina para su mantenimiento, ni las proporciones de los mismos, pero toda la ropa de baño de color blanco o claro se me ha quedado amarilla o en tono bastante amarilloso, además de mencionar que las mechas del pelo me han quedado verdosas, no lo entiendo, ya que yo soy una persona que me protejo el pelo de estas cosas y además me he alojado en muchos sitios y nunca he tenido ese problema. Con respecto al recibimiento, no lo hubo ya que tiene una cajita con contraseña para recoger y dejar la llave. Para poder acceder a ella, tuve que saltar la puerta de la entrada ya que estaba cerrada con llave. La verdad me podría haber echo daño, además me parece que de esta forma el recibimiento es muy frío ya que estoy acostumbrada a que me reciba alguien que te enseña incluso la casa. Por último unos de los días fue por allí Andy que es la persona que cuida de la casa y fue muy agradable y correcta.

Well equiped villa, lovely garden, great view

We travelled just before the total lock down due to the Covid-19. The villa is wonderful, well equiped with a great view and lovely garden. We were looking forward to a relaxing stay. The location is super, close by facilities but still private. Unfortunately we had to stay on the premisses and could not explore that part of the island. We were in contact with Graham, one of the owners during the lock down situation. He was very helpful and empathised with our situation. We were happy to be able to fly back home but look forward to returning to this great island and Casa Roja soon.

Dieses Haus war ein Glücksgriff

Die Lage des Hauses war super: Nach Norden und Süden der Insel gelangte man in einer Stunde Fahrt. Der nahe Flughafen störte uns nicht. Im Ort war man in wenigen Minuten. Die Häuser in der Umgebung waren kaum bewohnt und ein sehr gutes Restaurant (Algo mas) war zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. 2 getrennte Schlafbereiche mit jeweils einem Bad sind für 2 Paare optimal. Der meist von Norden kommende Wind wird vom Haus gut abgeschirmt. Wir hatten in den 2 Wochen jedoch nur eine leichte Brise. Es war sehr warm und wir waren jeden Tag im Pool. Die Strände sind wunderschön . Uns hat besonders die Dünenlandschaft im Norden und die Wanderung bei Vega las Palmas gefallen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Wifi im Haus ist kompliziert zu bekommen, muss extra bezahlt werden und funktioniert trotzdem nicht einwandfrei.

Great times

Despite close to the Airport (7 km) and ongoing air traffic it is a very calm and pleasant Villa. Everything is there, except enough handkerchiefs for one week and sun umbrellas . The pool is very clean and likewise big as well as the bedrooms, kitchen and surrounding. Overall, we found our stay very comfortable and enjoyable Uli and Susanne, Germany
