Amazing Top Floor Ghostrider
Welcome to Ghostriders 10, a luxurious four-bedroom penthouse nestled in the heart of Telluride. This exceptional property boasts a sprawling private deck offering panoramic views that are simply unparalleled.
Upon entering the home on the third floor of the Ghostriders building, located along the River Trail just two blocks from Main Street, guests are greeted by a welcoming entryway with ample seating and storage for outdoor gear. Please note that this property is only accessible via stairs, as there is no elevator.
The entryway leads into a spacious great room, featuring a living room, dining area, and kitchen under soaring vaulted ceilings. The living room is furnished with a large, comfortable sectional, a flatscreen TV, views from numerous windows, perfect for cozy evenings in. Adjacent to this space is a charming reading nook with scenic views of the ski area. The open-concept dining area accommodates six guests, with an additional four seats at the breakfast bar. The recently remodeled kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a coffeemaker, toaster oven, microwave, and all the utensils necessary to prepare any meal.
A spiral staircase at the center of the great room leads to the penthouse's private rooftop deck, where you'll find breathtaking, unobstructed views of the entire box canyon. The deck is furnished with a seating area and a propane grill, available during the warmer months.
All four bedrooms are conveniently located on the main level. The Primary Bedroom features a king bed, flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a large step-in shower and glass enclosure. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and has access to a bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The third and fourth bedrooms each have two twin beds and share a bathroom, also with a shower/tub combination.
Ghostriders 10 is ideally situated on the San Miguel River, providing easy access to the gondola, ski lifts, hiking and biking trails, shopping, dining, and more. Town Park and the Bear Creek Falls trailhead are just a short walk away, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in all that Telluride has to offer.
Guests have access to a shared outdoor hot tub and a common laundry room. The hot tub and/or pool may be closed at any time due to health and safety concerns. Accommodations in Telluride has no control over these closures, as they are determined by the HOA. We cannot guarantee the availability of HOA amenities, as we have no influence over them. During the winter, usage tends to be higher, which may lead to more frequent maintenance and water refills. We will notify you as soon as we are informed of any closures. Please note that we are not financially liable if the hot tub is out of service during your stay.
The property does not have air conditioning.
A private washer and dryer, along with free wireless internet, are available in the unit.
Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in spring and fall, during which many services may be limited. Please verify activities, restaurant availability, and home amenities when booking.
