Would not recommend or stay again
I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and management of this property. It was clear that minimal effort was made to prepare the space. The bed appeared made, but the floors and carpets were dirty with crumbs, trash in the master bathroom wasn’t emptied, and there was hair, dirt, and stains on the sheets, along with wet marks. The dryer and dishwasher were full, and even a cup of water was left in the bedroom. Bathrooms had hair on the counters, and socks and food crumbs were found under the sofa’s footrest.
When I contacted the property manager, I was told to knock on the neighbor’s door who supposedly cleans the property and ask them to address it. This was completely inappropriate. I also requested a refund of the cleaning fee but was told I should’ve sent pictures sooner. With two small children, waiting for the property to be cleaned after arrival was not an option.
Adding to the frustration, the map app directed us to a different townhouse on another street. The poor cleanliness, lack of communication, and unprofessional handling of the situation make it impossible for me to recommend this property.
