As you enter, you’ll immediately notice the airy, open layout, where the kitchen and living area flow together effortlessly. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, sleek quartz countertops, and a large island that doubles as a breakfast bar.

The living area is designed for comfort and style, featuring a cozy sectional sofa, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. The open layout ensures that conversations and gatherings flow seamlessly from the kitchen to the living area, making it an ideal space for entertaining or simply unwinding.

Adjacent to the kitchen and living area is a bright, sun-drenched sunroom that truly brings the outdoors inside. Floor-to-ceiling windows that stretch across the room offers massive views of the surrounding lake. The sunroom is furnished with a plush twin bed for a guest or just enjoying the view. It also has a dinning table for gathering around to enjoy a meal or to play a game of Athens Monopoly. The eloquent coffee table is perfect for reading, relaxing, or enjoying a cup of coffee as you bask in the natural light. Step out from the sunroom onto a private deck where you can lounge in the fresh air.

Attached to the sunroom is the grillroom that offers a grill, a griddle, an oven, a refrigerator, and mini fridge. A few amenities include two chafing dishes, three dish dispensers, a cake stand, and other food trays. This space is great for cooking a large meal for the family while beating the Texas heat. Back inside we have a lovely master with an contemporary on suite. Attached to the master is another bedroom with a versatile trundle bed that converts from a twin to a queen. (This can be converted prior to arrival upon request.) On the opposite side of the house is a spacious bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom down the hall featuring two twin beds. The guest bathroom offers a modern antique design to suit any guest.

Don't forget to step outside and enjoy the evergreen pine trees on the island. It is by far out favorite spot on the property.
