Family Apartment - Touristic Center

Clean, comfortable and spacious decorated apartment for the whole family. It has a fireplace, full kitchen with laundry, heating and two balconies, one side being very spacious for families who love to bring their pets on their trips. It also has Wifi and 2 parking spaces. Comprising a double suite and two further bedrooms each with a pull-out bed and a single bed, served by a second bathroom. Everything 300 meters from the center in a pleasant and family-friendly condominium.

It is not possible to check-in after 00:00 due to condominium convention rules. The hot water system of this property caters to the use of one shower at a time due to the high flow of the showers installed.

The location of the property is excellent and does not require the use of the car to go to the center for a walk, for lunch or dinner. The apartment is well decorated and up-to-date maintenance and our place has no problems with mold as it is well ventilated and regularly reviewed. The presence of heating in the rooms and the fireplace that I always do, the courtesy of lighting with wood on my own on the first night, are guarantees that you will not get cold.

Guests can use the condominium's barbecue area with prior reservation requested 7 days in advance.

Guests will be able to count on information and support during business hours or assistance in case of emergency on the premises. I can help with tips on tours and restaurants, I make myself available.
