Terrible communication and charging methods
This place was exactly what we were looking for-Gym, pool, kitchen, and close to Disney. Upon booking we were immediately charged for the booking and then 1 short minute later received a message that the property wasn’t available. Now I don’t know about anyone else, but if my property wasn’t available, I would not charge the person and then not respond to requests for refunds. What if I had shown up and tried to enter the property while another party was there? Would they still not have answered while two people who had paid for the property were both there at the same time? I called every number listed for host of the property multiple times and wrote via chat that I wanted my money back so that I could afford to book another room. Not everyone has 433 sitting around and can wait 15 days for it to be refunded when the property wasn’t available to begin with. I had a show in Disney Springs and needed to book another room as soon as possible. It took me two days of calling VRBO and chatting with VRBO and speaking to a supervisor before this property got back to me. VRBO claimed that the investment group had to give me the refund, but the investment group told me that VRBO was responsible for the refund. They never returned my phone calls or the phone calls of the supervisor at Vrbo and responded with short chats after the supervisor was calling them to let me know that my money would be processed And refunded within 15 days.What if I were a mom with kids? Unacceptable
