Blue Heron is the perfect cottage for a family or a group. This coastal charmer has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, open floor plan, private deck and has a walk-in community pool. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and private bathroom with a spacious tile shower/tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed that would also be ideal for another couple. The loft upstairs has 3 twin beds, great for the kids! The hallway bathroom is a tiled walk-in shower. There is a washer and dryer and the kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, full sized refrigerator. It is also full of dishes so if you don't want to eat out you can cook here! Great BBQ pit too, and grilling couldn't be better. Your family and friends will just love this little diamond of a cottage! Your home away from home.



We are conveniently located near shopping, dining, fishing, boating, the beach and all the other fun things to in Rockport and Fulton. At Blue Heron, we know that your vacation time is valuable to you, and that is why our guests are our #1 priority. We will do our best to make your stay most enjoyable. Bring your boat and launch it into Copano Bay from the public ramp at the Causeway Pier. Where the fishing is excellent since Commercial fishing is NOT allowed. There is boat parking as well on property.



This is a pet-friendly, non-smoking cottage. Property comes fully equipped with cable in the front room, tv with dvd player in second bedroom and wifi internet throughout home.

Please note we do charge a non refundable pet fee of $125.00 per pet. If pet fee is not collected at booking guest will be charged after booking by property management company.

Cancellation Policy:


A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will receive a 100% refund.
​​​​​​Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
