There are lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk too without having to take any form of transport. The apartment is of a fine neutral taste and has all you need to enjoy the Dubai lifestyle. Our charming 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 19th floor so the views are awesome. Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, other treats include a gym, swimming pool, so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.

With a spacious open plan dining/sitting room (complete with smart T.V.), you'll also love the balcony which is great to enjoy the morning coffee.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.

There is a private car parking space and the nearest supermarket is less than a 2 minute walk away as well as other useful shops.

The Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are within easy walking distance while the Dubai Opera House is right beside this apartment. The nearest public transport is the Dubai Metro which is a 5/10 min walk away and connects you to the rest of the city.

The Neighborhood:
Downtown Dubai is the city’s busy tourism hub, home to the towering Burj Khalifa skyscraper, with its observation deck, and the dancing Dubai Fountain, where crowds gather to watch music and light shows. The sprawling Dubai Mall offers global fashion brands and casual eateries, while Emaar Boulevard has a chic cafe scene. The Dubai Opera hosts dance, opera and musicals in a striking dhow-shaped building.

Getting Around:
As in the description but there are lots of taxis and Careem if you prefer

ADDITIONAL CLEANING:
If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
