Located just north of Thomas Road on E. Catalina Drive, this rental property is in Old Town Scottsdale's desirable 85251 district, where the average age ranges from 20 to 40 years old. The area offers a vibrant lifestyle with beautiful views, high-end shopping, exquisite dining, and world-class golf courses. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the nearby mountains and lakes, while art galleries, cultural events, and parks provide endless activities. With friendly locals and nearly year-round sunshine, living in Scottsdale is a unique and exciting experience.

Your rental property is centrally located roughly half a mile due west just off of the Loop 101 & Thomas Road. You are roughly a 5 minute Uber ride to the following hot spots: Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Camelback Mountain, Scottsdale's Entertainment District, Scottsdale Stadium (SF Giants Stadium), Old Town, Talking Stick Casino & Golf Resort and much much more. A rental car is not required nor is it necessary.

* POOL HEATING FEE: The pool may be heated UPON REQUEST and PRIOR to the guests arrival in order to cover the costs to heat the pool. There will be a charge of $35 per day from October through December and $50 per day during High Season from January through April. We cannot heat the pool for individual or specific days during a guests reservation (it is an all or nothing). The pool will be heated to a comfortable 80 - 82 degrees.

* NATURAL GAS FEE: There will be an additional flat rate charge of $50 per reservation for use of the Natural Gas for the Fire Pit. Additional propane tanks for the BBQ will be available and accessible upon request.
 
* PET FEE: There will be an additional Pet Fee of $150 per pet. Pricing can be negotiated based on size, age and training of animal. Please be advised that this fee is PER ANIMAL and that the guest is still liable, responsible and will be held accountable for any pet accidents throughout the home for the duration of their stay (i.e., Urine or poop stains, chewed up furniture, damaged property or missing personal belongings).

* REQUIRED STATE VERBIAGE: All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).

HOUSE RULES & CHECKOUT PROCEDURES

* QUIET HOURS: The City of Scottsdale enforces a strict policy of quiet hours starting as early at 10:00 PM until 9:00 AM. Please be respectful of the neighbors by not having any gatherings in the backyard past 12 AM (midnight). Any violation received by Scottsdale PD, the booking leader/guest will be held personally responsible for paying any fines incurred.

* Please be sure to shut and lock ALL DOORS throughout the entire property before exiting or leaving. These doors include:
- Sliding glass door off kitchen
- Siding glass door in master bedroom
- Door leading to the garage
- Front door

* Strip all beds of any dirty sheets, pillowcases, used linens and place them inside of the washing machine prior to vacating the premises. Please note you are not required to do any laundry.

* Empty fridge of all personal items or leftover food.

* Take out the trash prior to your departure. Both the trash can and recyclable is located in the garage.. All RECYCLABLE ITEMS can be disposed of in the REDISH-BROWNISH can located next to the black trash can. Trash gets picked up every MONDAY morning bright & early - so please be sure to wheel it to the edge of the driveway on Sunday evening (the night before). Recycling gets picked up every FRIDAY morning bright & early - so please be sure to wheel it to the edge of the driveway on Thursday evening (the night before). The recyclable is in the front driveway.

* Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

* ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind inside of the home (Back patio ONLY). Please be sure to pick up your cigarette butts after yourselves. A $250 Penalty Fee can and will be enforced.

* There is absolutely NO DECORATING allowed at the rental property. This will include but not limited too: confetti, pin tacks, tape, and streamers. In the event we find any of these items at time of checkout a $300 fine will be incurred.

* Be mindful and careful of other people's property.

* Guests acknowledge that children and/or handicapped individuals should NOT be left unattended near or around the pool area. Guests recognize the inherent risks associated with swimming or being near the pool and hereby assume full responsibility for their safety. Please note, there is no pool fence around the pool area. All parents and guests will be held personally liable and accountable for any injury, accident, or incident occurring in or around the pool area while occupying/renting the premises.

* * * Please Note: This property is guarded by NEST Security Cam. These cameras have been installed for security & liability purposes only. There are 4 NEST security cameras on property. There are 3 cameras in the backyard and 1 in the front yard. These cameras are designed to pick up both audio and video.
