Enjoy our new construction and luxurious corner lot property. This suite is perfect for traveling groups and families!
The space includes a large, open-concept first floor and high end finishes. There is also plentiful street parking on the block and is a short drive from Center City.
*This is best for a quiet group as the home is located in a residential neighborhood - we have a no party policy*

Walk in to an exquisite, open concept first floor great for entertaining, or watching the game. This floor boasts many features such as a large living room w/ a TV, deluxe kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances, a dining area & bar stool seating!
On the main level of the floor you'll find a spacious bedroom with a walk in closet, & bathroom. This bedroom features queen sized comfortable plush/medium memory foam bed.
On the lowest level of the home you can find the master suite, another bedroom suite, & a laundry room. The master suite is designed for comfort. Featuring a double door closet, a queen sized comfortable plush/medium memory foam bed, & a lux master bath with vanity, shower, & bath tub as well. The second bedroom features a full sized comfortable plush/medium memory foam bed, a twin sized trundle with comfortable plush/medium memory foam beds, & a closet.
Guest access
The guest will have access to the entire unit except for the cleaners closet & the utility closet. All other features of the home are open to the guests.
