Graduating with a fashion merchandising degree and having a home builder as a dad, I knew I wanted to design something that others could enjoy. After spending summers at Lake Chautauqua, and running social media for my dad's company Buffalo Bungalow, I have had the pleasure of experiencing how amazing this place can be. What I love about Chautauqua is that "close-knit community" feeling. Everywhere you go whether it be Bemus Point, The Institution or Hogans Hut, you will be met with amazing hospitality.

Our property is one-of-a-kind with multiple state-of-the-art features. As a 2024 new build, the house is modern and has all the features you could hope for on vacation. We are different from the rest and can offer you an amazing experience on Chautauqua Lake.
