Enjoy modern conveniences like a washing machine, hair dryer, iron, WiFi, air conditioning, and heating, ensuring a comfortable stay. The upstairs bonus room boasts a movie screen, while a toy room on the bottom floor keeps the little ones entertained.

Nestled in a safe, quiet neighborhood, you'll find a park nearby for the kids, plus basketball courts and pickleball for teens and adults. We've even included paddles and balls for your convenience.

Guests have full access to everything in the home and backyard, including additional supplies, sheets, blankets, and more to make your stay comfortable.

*Fire Pit:*
Firewood can be purchased at a nearby gas station within walking distance. Please only use the fire pit if you're comfortable with and knowledgeable about lighting fires. Fires must be fully extinguished before leaving the area unattended. Please note that use of the fire pit is at your own risk, and it may not be available during no-burn periods due to poor air quality or local fire restrictions.

*Outdoor Grill:*
To use the grill, turn on the propane and press any grill knob while turning it until you hear a click. It may take a few clicks to ignite. Grilling utensils can be found in the kitchen drawer below the coffee maker.

*Hot Tub:*
The hot tub is also available for use at your own risk. If using the hot tub early in the morning or late at night, please be mindful of noise as this is a residential neighborhood. Always respect the space and the neighbors during your stay.
