The apartment layout is as follows: Master bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, including kitchenware for up to two people. The bed linens and towels are custom-made for us with the highest-quality cotton. We provide a welcome pack in the bathrooms so you don't have to worry about it on your first night: shower gel, shampoo, liquid soap, and toilet paper are provided to help you relax during your first day. We offer air conditioning in all areas, as well as ceiling fans. Smart TVs are available in the living room and bedroom, and Wi-Fi (Starlink) is included in the rental price. The residential complex has 24-hour security and surveillance cameras. We also have a shared pool for adults, a children's pool, a playground, and a barbecue area.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, with an en-suite bathroom. In the living room there is a queen-size sofa bed that can accommodate 2 more people. There is something for everyone to do in this exclusive residential area.
