Apus (Chalé) - Ibiraquera

Multitemporada presents Chalé Apus, one of the 6 units of Chalés & Bangalôs Ibiraquera, which has a privileged location and view of the lagoon and the sea in the Ibiraquera neighborhood, in Imbituba, on the coast of Santa Catarina. All of our 6 units are private, with the pool being the only shared space on the property.

Chalé Apus is on a large plot with a beautiful view of the lagoon and the sea. The fully air-conditioned chalet (hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms) accommodates up to 6 people, has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a double and single bed and a sofa bed in the living room, with a decoration practical and pleasant. In addition, it has a bathroom, kitchen with basic items, refrigerator, stove, wood stove, blender, coffee maker, sink and table. On the deck you can enjoy outdoor chairs, hammocks and a private barbecue.

Ibiraquera is a neighborhood of Imbituba, next to Praia do Rosa with preserved lagoons and nature. A place of vast beauty, ideal for those who practice sports such as trails, biking, windsurfing, kitesurfing, surfing, parachuting, canoeing, stand up paddle and others. Ideal for those who want to relax, the neighborhood is very quiet.

* En esta unidad hay 2 piscinas que están disponibles: una compartida en el área común de la propiedad y otra privada en el deck del chalet con jacuzzi y climatizada;

* Disponemos de ropa de cama y baño;

* Contamos con Internet Wi-Fi de alta calidad (100 mega);
