SouthWind East is a beachfront property on the Emerald Coast of Gulf Shores. Located on the quieter side of West Beach Boulevard, SouthWind East offers three bedrooms and three baths with ample outdoor spaces and incredible Gulf views. SouthWind East is completely private; however, it is one side of a duplex. The two homes share the private beach access. SouthWind East sleeps eight guests. Larger parties are encouraged to book SouthWind Sisters. We do not host pets at this home.

Welcome to SouthWind East, your beachfront gem in Gulf Shores, Alabama! This three-bedroom, three-bath retreat is located in the tranquil West Beach area, just a five-minute drive from popular spots like The Hangout, shops, and restaurants. With stunning, uninterrupted views of the Emerald Coast, you’ll feel at home the moment you step into this beachy paradise.

SouthWind East features an open-concept living and dining area with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a farm sink, and white-washed knotty pine boards for a rustic, beachy vibe. Exposed wood beams and an outdoor shower add to the charm of this coastal getaway.

Multiple outdoor seating areas provide amazing Gulf views. SouthWind East comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with two king beds, one queen bed, and a set of twin bunk beds across 1,663 square feet of living space.

Though part of a duplex, SouthWind East offers complete privacy and shares private beach access with its counterpart. The home is elevated on pilings, with stairs leading to the main floor and additional stairs to the upper-level bedrooms. Guests will receive the entry code before arrival.

Upon entry, you’re greeted by a bright living, dining, and kitchen area—perfect for gathering. The living room has cozy seating and a smart TV with Hulu. Guests can sign into their own accounts for streaming. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials, including a drip coffee maker, a K-cup machine, and all necessary utensils.

The main-level guest room has a queen bed, twin bunk beds, and a private balcony. A full bath with a tub/shower combo is nearby, along with a washer and dryer. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bath, and a private balcony with stunning Gulf views. The second guest room also offers a king bed and private bath with a tub/shower combo.

Outside, guests can rinse off in the outdoor shower. A Weber charcoal grill is available for BBQs, and the nearby quiet beaches provide a peaceful escape. Our digital guidebook includes local recommendations for attractions, restaurants, and more.

Please note, pets are not permitted at SouthWind East. This beach retreat offers everything you need for an unforgettable Gulf Shores vacation.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home except for a locked supply closet upstairs and a locked supply closet under the house.

The home is beachfront. Guests have the option to walk to the beach. Uber services are available in our area, and we're happy to recommend a local driver for guests preferring direct booking.

Beach Information:
Swimming in the Gulf of Mexico differs greatly from pool swimming. Guests are urged to respect the water's strength and protect local marine life. Riptides are a concern, so please stay vigilant about water conditions. Check tide and weather updates before entering the Gulf. Our vacation rentals are near nature preserves, home to diverse wildlife. Please watch your step and avoid disturbing creatures like snakes, rabbits, coyotes, and more. Leave beach equipment off the shore overnight to protect nesting sea turtles, especially during their May to October nesting season. It's crucial to respect sea turtles, as disturbing them or their nests is a federal offense. Avoid leaving beach gear or bright lights on the beach overnight, as they disorient baby turtles. Help preserve our endangered species. For recycling on the Fort Morgan Peninsula, guests must take items to the firehouse by Sassy Bass Market. The facility accepts aluminum, cardboard, and plastic; glass is not accepted.

Beach Equipment:
At Beats Working, we don't provide beach gear like chairs or umbrellas at our beach homes. However, we do offer beach towels, and we can connect you with trusted rental companies for all your beach needs. Check your check-in message for details.
