Jackson Hole Property Management is excited to offer this newly renovated home located in the coveted Gill Addition of Jackson, Wyoming. This modern dream has an excellent rental and review history. JHPM promises to provide the same amazing experience for our guest! Situated on a quiet oversized lot within 5 minutes walking distance to Town Square, this three bedroom two bathroom stunner features all of the creature comforts of home (including A/C) and a lush private backyard oasis for relaxing and entertaining.

Every inch of Snow Pack has been upgraded to state of the art technology and craftsmanship both inside and out. Upon entry, walk forward to the open floor concept living area where the Kitchen, Dining, and Living rooms flow together providing an expansive space to enjoy a glass of wine or read a book . The updated kitchen with well planned cabinetry and cooking spaces, including brand new stainless steel appliances, soft close cabinetry and breakfast bar, create a perfect backdrop to create a Wyoming style home cooked meal. Six occupants may sit comfortably at the dining table with ample room for more at the island. Come in and cozy up on the large sectional in front of the gas fireplace after a day on the town.

From the living room guests will walk down the hall to access the sleeping spaces. There are two large bedrooms boasting king-sized beds and storage galore. To the east, are two separate bathrooms featuring custom tile work and heated floors. The first includes a shower and bathtub combination. The second features a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads; the stackable laundry machines are located in this space as well. At the end of the hallway, is another comparably sized bedroom currently situated with two twin beds that may be converted to a king upon request. Each bedroom has a large flatscreen smart tv. 4Moms pack and play available upon request.

The beautiful corner lot has an established front yard with large pine trees in front, and a fenced-in tranquil oasis in the back designed for both relaxation and hosting. In the summer, step out onto the oversized patio with a sofa seating area that accommodates 10 and a shaded dining table for 8 with an adjacent BBQ propane Weber grill. Play ball in the oversized grassy area, relax in the hammock surrounded by wildflowers and take in the views of Snow King Mountain or watch for local wildlife (deer, rabbits, etc frequent the area). Season dependent, a garden is on property for guests who like to incorporate fresh herbs into their cooking.

The attached heated garage is a great amenity that would provide storage for bikes or skis - whatever is needed to live the Jackson Hole Dream.

If living like a local is your goal, this property will provide that opportunity. Approximately 15 minutes from the slopes of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort or the entrance to the Grand Teton National Park, this property is centrally located to meet all guest’s needs.

Just down the sidewalk is a START Bus stop, making travel to Snow King, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, or anywhere else in the valley, possible!
