My wife, Lindsay, and I are both from Gadsden, Alabama and reside near Atlanta, Georgia. We have two beautiful Daughters ( Autumn and Addison). Autumn is a freshman at the University of Alabama, and Addison is a junior in high school. We love attending Alabama football games and other sporting events.
Why they chose this property
We chose to purchase this condo because we could visit whenever we wanted and because of its location on campus, town, and beautiful amenities. Currently, the developer is doing a complete remodel of the entire complex, so you may notice construction going on around the complex. Still, they are very mindful of current residences and guests.
What makes this property unique
Waterfront property with 3 BD/ 3BA, less than a mile from campus, easy access to main interstates, and beautiful amenities!
