Pets: No Pets allowed at this property

Trash:
Trash breakdown: (Black Cart) Please only include household trash, food taste, food containers, animal waste (bagged), lightweight plastics and styrofoam, & clothing.

(Blue cart) Flattened cardboard, paper & paperboard, newspaper & magazines, aluminum, tin & lightweight metals, glass bottles & jars & cartons.

(Non accepted curbside) Electronics or batteries, dirt, rock, constructive debris, & hazardous waste

Fireplace: complimentary bundle of wood is provided per stay. (From October to April). Please make sure that the chain link guard rail is closed after lighting the fireplace. Ring flute should be to the right at all times.

Kitchen Cleanup: Kitchen is to be cleaned after meals, inclusive of washing and putting away the dishes that you use during your stay to avoid additional cleaning fees.

BBQ: Please clean the grill and turn off the valve on the propane tank after using the BBQ to avoid additional cleaning and propane refill charges of $100.


Thermostat: Set to desired temperature and back to 65° upon check out

Spa: Please rinse off before using Spa (prevents oil and makeup build up).Turn spa up to desired temperature and back to 95 when finished. If water is murky, we will have to do a dump and fill which will be $175 extra charge. In addition, please make sure the spa cover is sealed and clipped tightly.

Snow Removal: Shovel and salt are provided per property. Please use it accordingly.
Plow services will come during or after 3” of snow.
