We call this apartment EP1.

This apartment is located in a beautiful Bauhaus building, with access to a green, roof top garden that also offers a view of the Parthenon.

The apartment has a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a marble en suite bathroom. The king size bed can be set up as two singles. Two more people sleep in the living room (large comfortable sofa and a portable bed).

The apartment also has two private balconies.

Free WiFi, A/C and laundry facilities.

Apartment EP1 is located on the first floor. Access to the apartment is made by a beautiful marble and to the roof top by an iron stair case.

This apartment is located in Psirri, minutes’ walk away from Monastiraki and Plaka.
Monastiraki station serves the Athens International airport and the port of Piraeus.
Plaka is the heart of Athens historical city centre, where most main monuments are located.
Psirri is a place where you still find lovely artisan shops such as candle making and leather workshops. It has great restaurants, cafes and art spaces.
You will also find grocery stores, bakeries and the Athens Central Food Market, the famous Varvakios Agora.
Walking around Psirri can be deceiving as it has many old buildings and lots of street art. The street art scene has produced many outstanding artists and their work is widely photographed and admired.
The artisan shops, the residents who greet each other by their first names and the visitors create a place of unique character.

• We are happy to provide flexible check in and checkout times, so just let us know when you would like to arrive and depart and we will do our best to satisfy your requests. Please note that depending on availability check in will be by 3pm and check out is by 11am.
• For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00 we recommend to use our reliable taxi drivers who will pick you up at the airport and check you into the apartment. The cost is 45 Euros up until 23:00 and 60 Euros between 23:00 and 05:00. (mini van for larger groups also available).
Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, one of our staff will welcome you at the apartment. There is a late check-in fee of 20 Euros, which you need to pay upon arrival.

Great location in Psirri
Great two bedroom apartment (first floor with steps), full kitchen and dining area, comfortable lounge area. Close to city centre, walking distance to main attractions, cafes and bakeries galore. We felt safe and secure in this area. Communication before and during our stay was excellent. Flexible with both check in and check out which was very handy. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Wonderful apartment and location!
The property was very clean and comfortable and was close by to many amenities, including our favorite bars/restaurants as well as popular attractions. The check-in process was easy, thorough and considerate and the same for checking out. Highlights for us: - private outside space (balcony) - spacious shower - air conditioning - roof terrace access Highly recommended and we will definitely visit again the next time we're in Athens!

Few days in Athens to start a trip in Greece!
I went on a solo trip to Greece to knock it off my bucket list as it always has been a place I wanted to visit and I’m currently still on the trip. The place was clean and well located to walk everywhere. I did do plenty of walking but there is so much to explore. Ruins, culture, FOOD , and more FOOD! Check in was smooth and necessary information was provided for anything needed. I at no time did not feel safe. I had a great time in Athens and would return. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Chris

Outstanding Stay innAthens
We were impressed by the professionalism and attention from our hosts long before we arrived in Athens. They sent us detailed information on several areas of Athens and arranged for a driver to meet us upon our late arrival from London. The suite is in an excellent location, near to the Acropolis and dozens of restaurants, many of which were recommended by our hosts. We were given a detailed tour of the apartment upon arrival as well as additional helpful information. The view from the rooftop terrace was superb. Recommend highly and thank you to our hosts.

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment was large & well equipped. The host was great and very communicative. Close to the historical sites. And the balcony was very nice to relax on in the evening. We will be back!

Great flat and management
This review is actually for a different flat on the same street. We had booked this one, but about 2 weeks before our check-in date the property management team notified me that the the flat was no longer available, however, they offered us a bigger one 2 bedroom) on the same street. The flat was large, very clean, and well-equipped with a comfortable bed, clean linens and towels, and soap and paper. The location is very central to all the important landmarks in Athens, including the Varvakios market. We shopped there daily for dinner ingredients that we cooked at home. There were also numerous restaurants and a really beautiful bakery just around the corner from the flat. Check-in was very easy, with the team emailing me prior to our arrival. Jacob kept in touch by phone once we arrived in Athens, and met us at the flat with keys. He was also easily reached by text and phone when we had questions. Our visit was during winter, but we noticed there was air conditioning which would be very useful in the summer. We had plenty of hot water for showers and washing dishes, which is not always the csse with vacation rental properties! The windows are brand new and blocked virtually all noise, so we slept very well. We really enjoyed our stay, and appreciated the professionalism of the property management team. We would definitely stay here again in future.

The apartment is in a working class neighborhood, so you have the local flavor. New kitchen and bathroom. Just minutes from countless restaurants and bars and great nightlife.

We really enjoyed the stay. The location was perfect and it was easy to check in and out. Super close to bakery, lots of restaurants and the main square. Highly recommend this Vrbo. I would definitely stay here again.

Really convenient, walking distance to all main sites. Loads of restaurants nearby. Immediate neighbourhood bit offputting (graffiti everywhere) but felt v safe. Building work opposite meant front bedroom noisy. Useful roof terrace private to the apartment. Furniture & decor could do with some updating and bit of mold in shower but overall good vfm.

Amazing Apartment in Athens!
Such a great location in Athens. We were able to walk to all of the sites we visited. The host was also amazing with communication and helping us get transportation set up to and from the airport and to our ferry. Overall a great stay!

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und daher auch nicht ganz ruhig. Im Innenhof befindet sich eine Kirche mit Glockengeläut. Das moderne Ambiente entspricht genau den Bildern. Es war sehr sauber. Die Agentur antwortet schnell und ist hilfsbereit. Schade war nur, dass wir eigentlich eine andere Wohnung gemietet hatten und kurz vorher mitgeteilt bekamen, dass diese nicht mehr zurVerfügung steht und uns diesen Ersatz angeboten hat

That view!
We thought this was a great apartment. Nicely renovated - freshly painted - very clean and neat. Minimal furnishings, but enough small touches (pillows and paintings) that it is pleasant. All modern safety measures have been added - extremely secure door and motorized outside security shades , although I think most of that is really more to protect the unit when it's unused than anything. The neighborhood "looks" a bit rough, in that there is graffitti and some trash around, but after spending time all over the city, this is pretty typical in these older neighborhoods and are what you will see anywhere if you want to be near the Acropolis area. We did a LOT of walking around and never ever felt unsafe or in any way. There is a great little bakery a short half block away, as well as a fabulous restaurant/bar, and then a whole long street of cafes and tavernas leading to a big square of more cafes, tavernas, and another couple of blocks to the great marketplace of shops. I thought it was a great spot , and of course, the view of the Parthenon was spectacular. It's lit up at night so you can lounge on the sofa and gaze at it, or have a drink on the little balcony. Great apartment for a reasonable price and the managers were great to deal with.

Great place to stay. Costas gave us a quick orientation tour of the neighborhood and was available if needed. You are within 10min walk to various restaurants and monastiraki square, flea market and the metro which gets you to everywhere else that’s >20 min walk away. Had a great time here!

Lia and Costas were amazing hosts. The property was just as described and they were wonderful about providing information including securing a taxi for us both from the ferry and to the airport. Est eine Gute Wohnung, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten können zu Fuss erreicht werden. Der Wirt hat uns an der U- Bahn Haltestelle abgeholt und in die Wohnung geführt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist cool weil Restaurants und Bars nur 5 Minuten entfernt sind.

Fantastic apartment in great walking spot.
Had a wonderful time staying at this apartment in Athens. It was right near so many great restaurants, bars, as well as the Acropolis. I'd only suggest having a warning about the front door during checkout... there's a way to accidentally lock yourself in the entryway between the apartment and front door, when you leave the keys in the apartment (which you do to check-out). Our host quickly let us out though, and it didn't impact our trip in the slightest. I'd recommend to anyone staying in Athens!!

Very good location and very nice apartment
The apartment was very clean and modern. The bathroom was very nice, loved the shower. It’s close to many good restaurants, and to all the historical landmarks. If you’re driving there’s a 5€/day fenced parking down the street. Also the host was friendly and helpful.

You will be pleased you chose this one.
We found this accommodation lived up to the advertised promises. The unit was very clean, light and pleasant to be in. I loved sitting on our little balcony watch the world go by. We were a close walk to the busy touristy bits but felt tucked away in an area that felt like a very authentic slice of Greek life. There were some very nice restaurants close by including the "home cooking" style that Lia recommended. It took us only 15 minutes to walk up to the Acropolis. You will receive very personalised service from the managers at Boutique Athens. We appreciated being met at the airport by Mihalis for the same cost as any taxi fare into Athens. Lia met us and showed us around with helpful hints and recommendations. She was interested in our plans following Athens and suggested what to look out for in other places we were visiting. Any queries and concerns were very quickly and obligingly dealt with. Thanks Lia and Costas. Truda, Sydney.

Location and comfort
A great place in Psirri, halfway between Omonia and Monostiraki Metro stations and just a couple of blocks from the main Athens green market. Great roof garden, comfortable bead and bath, spacious living/dining/kitchen combo, two nice balconies overlooking the street for breakfast or evening coffee. Staff are both fiiendly and accommodating. They meet you on arrival and, if you like, will give a quick walking tour of the neighbourhood, so you know where to find groceries, bakery, wine, etc.
