Completely renovated, fully equipped kitchen. Hurricane-rated impact windows and new flooring throughout. Central AC replaced with new in 2019. King size bed and HD TV in master bedroom. Queen size bed in guest room. Two completely renovated bathrooms - ensuite shower for two! WiFi and internet service included. Short walk to restaurants and nightlife. Minimum 90 day rental. Credit and background checks; security and cleaning deposits required. Guests must bring own linens and towels.
