This is a Full Home and private yard package, with the option to add on the small adjacent RV for a small cost. The home has 1 Queen bed in the Master, A Triple bunkbed with 3 Full Sized Mattresses (sleeps 6) in the kids bedroom, and 1 Queen sized sofa bed. You also have a Pack n Play included. So with all that, technically it will sleep 15, assuming that at least half are kids and 1 is an infant.

The RV has a 1 Queen sized bed and the couch turns into a short Full Sized bed (for kids).


WHO KIDZ KOTTAGE IS NOT FOR...

Large Adult groups Beware!
If you’re a group of more that 6 or 7 adults, you might feel cramped. Kidz Kottage is a very dynamic but small home. That being said, small groups of Adults will TOTALLY love your stay here, but also be warned that you might find the swings, snacks and the sandbox a little too tempting to resist, ;) but that's OK, embrace it! Go a head, be a kid again!
