Guest booking this home must be 25 year or older as our short term rental permit requires.

This home allows a maximum of 4 adults/kids plus 2 additional kids 12 or under.
There are strict noise and parking restrictions in Palm Springs and the booking guest will be responsible for any and all fines incurred during their visit. We reserve the right to immediately cancel any guest stay without refund if any of the short term rental rules are violated.
No more than 2 cars may be parked at this home during your stay.
NO amplified music is allowed outside by the pool or anywhere else outside, and all music must be contained within the home and cannot be heard from outside.
All activities must be taken inside by 10PM to comply with the quiet hours for short term rental compliance... and to be good neighbors.
A copy of a government issued ID will be required of the booking guest along with signing an additional private rental contract acknowledging the short term rental guidelines and rules.
Pool heating is an additional $95 per night of your visit.
