The sliding glass doors lead out onto the main level deck, which includes outdoor heaters, a natural gas grill, a modern picnic table, and additional seating; it's an ideal spot for your morning cup of coffee.

Come back inside and be greeted by unmatched design and comfort in the spacious main level living room. Relax on the oversized sectional sofa by the gas fireplace, or transition smoothly into the sleek kitchen, ideal for crafting gourmet meals. This kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Miele dishwasher, Wolf microwave & coffee maker, and Fisher & Paykel range. Bridger's Cache is a private, gated community with a caretaker and neighbors living full-time in the neighborhood.
The clubhouse, located by the entrance to the community, does not allow guest use.
Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am daily.

Parking: There is room for two cars in the heated garage & two in the driveway, for a total of four vehicles maximum. No trailer parking permitted. This home has a steep driveway and/or neighborhood access roads that require 4WD in the winter months.
