Great spot!

I’m a UA grad, visiting often to visit my son who plays baseball for UA. Have stayed at a number of vrbo’s, this is my favorite yet. Great location, close to campus and Hi Corbett. Good eating spots within walking distance. Clean and cozy. The bed was the most comfortable I have stayed in yet in Tucson. Will visit this location again!!!

Why they chose this property

I really appreciate the Sam Hughes neighborhood. The distinctive homes here are wonderful, and its proximity to the University of Arizona makes it ideal for attending events there. Additionally, being close to downtown enhances its appeal as a perfect location.

What makes this property unique

Built in 1934, this home features original white oak flooring and has undergone some updates, all while preserving the essence of its original design. It is located in the historic Sam Hughes neighborhood, which was established in 1921 and named after the influential local business leader Sam Hughes. He played a crucial role in the founding of Tucson's public school system, contributing significantly to the community's educational landscape.
