Important Notice:
Our resorts use an "Allocate Upon Arrival" system, meaning your specific suite will be assigned at check-in. You can make requests in advance. The photos provided represent a variety of suite types available on-site. Please let us know if you have a preferred floor, unit, or building. Our dedicated check-in staff will do their best to accommodate your request, but we can't promise specific requests. If your reservation lasts four nights, you may be moved to a different suite for housekeeping purposes. Maintaining our suites to the highest luxury standards is our top priority.

Guests must be at least 21 years old to check-in. Please be prepared to present a valid ID and a major credit card in your name. A $250 Security Deposit will be required at check-in. After your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation within 14 days of your check-in date. If you need to change the name of the person checking in after providing this information, a $99 name change fee will apply. Any damages will be charged at check-out.

Check-in is at 4 p.m. ET, and check-out is at 10 a.m. ET. The nearest airport is LaGuardia, located 5.5 miles away.

Policies and Important Information:

•Valet parking is available for $60 per night for vehicles under 181 inches long, $80 per night for cars over 181 inches long or SUVs, and $120 per night for large vehicles like pickup trucks or large vans. In-and-out privileges are available for an additional $10 per re-entry.
•Pets are not allowed.
•Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited inside the resort except in designated areas.
•Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee.
•The resort offers Braille signage, handicap parking, first-floor access ramps, and a portable pool lift. Some units also feature accessible amenities such as lever handles on doors, visual doorbells, visual fire alarms, roll-in showers, grab bars, and other accessible features.
