Fantastic place to relax and unwind

We stayed here for 5 nights following a hectic week in Orlando. Casa Coconut provided us with the perfect place to relax and unwind but was close enough to all Lauderdale-by-the-Sea has to offer - which is a lot! Ali and Brian are fantastic hosts and responded immediately when we asked for advice regarding a medical issue. Book this place - you won’t regret it!

Casa coconut is awesome!

We had another fabulous vacation at Casa Coconut.It’s a great location, walkable to everywhere. The house has everything you’ll need. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and barely 15 minutes into LBTS.We absolutely love it there, we will be back!Thanks Ali and Brian.

Wonderful home and experience

FL Girls Getaway

The property was just as advertised. Lovely house in a quiet, upscale neighborhood within 1.5 mile waling of Lauderdale by The Sea. Well kept, comfortable furnishing and bedding. Tropical Comfort in an Established Neighborhood

All your needs are met here to live like locals when visiting. Close proximity to the beach and shops and restaurants make it easy to explore, and then return to this comfortable oasis to relax and recharge for the next day. Hosts are very engaged to assist with relevant needs you may have. Highly recommend!

Perfect Beach Getaway

My friends and I booked Brian and Ali's home for a long weekend getaway. The house was just as advertised; it was well-equipped with everything we needed, it was very spacious, and the location was perfect; just a short walk to the beach, the town center, and all the things Lauderdale by the Sea has to offer. I would definitely stay here again!

We very much enjoyed the house. The layout for our family was excellent. Property has everything you need, pool toys for kids or stuff for the beach. The furniture, rooms, kitchen appliances, and dishes are a bit outdated but the layout and overall place was just perfect for us. Very much enjoyed our stay..

Memorable getaway!

We were seeking safety of Hurricane Milton and thank God this house was available! My and 4 small kiddos loved the home and rented a golf cart to enjoy the beach and nearby parks and restaurants. We loved the pool and neighborhood felt so safe. The hosts were amazing, let us check in early and offered great communication during the stay. Kids are already asking to go back! Thank you!

The perfect place to stay!

If you're looking for a place for your group to stay in the Fort Lauderdale / Pompano Beach area, look no further. Everyone will thank you for finding Casa Coconut! First of all, it's a clean-as-can-be house, not a crowded hotel or condo. Who wants to share a pool or two with hundreds of people when you can have your own heated super-clean pool, with all the floats you'll need? Plus, there's an outdoor TV. So if you think vegging out watching your favorite show or sport is relaxing, try it while floating in a pool! All of the beds are in great shape, and the sofas are super-comfy. Plus, there's plenty of room in the house for everyone to hang out together with all the sofas, tables, chairs, etc. The a/c works great and there are ceiling fans everywhere -- you'll stay cool no matter how hot it gets outside. But you're not renting a place in Florida to stay inside! When it's time to get some fresh air, the beach is a very short walk away. Pack up the supplied beach chairs and umbrellas into the cart they have for you and get everyone in the sun! Of course, you've got to eat! There's a serious grill you can use, and there are rows of excellent restaurants a very short drive away. Plus, UberEats will have no problems getting to the door! Check out the listing -- the list of amenities is top-notch. Rent this place now! You won't regret it!

Family Trip

We stayed at Casa Coconut to be near my son’s home for an engagement party celebration. The property exceeded our expectations and was exactly as advertised. The layout of the home was perfect to allow for both family time and privacy for my adult children. We enjoyed the pool and privacy of the back yard. The grill area was lovely and we cooked out one night of our stay. The short walk and easy access to the ocean was amazing! It was wonderful having beach chairs and towels provided, making the beach days so much more enjoyable! The home was clean, the neighborhood lovely and shaded for morning walks. Just a few blocks to stores, restaurants, and groceries. The washer and dryer were very appreciated! We loved the key pad entry- so easy! Brian and Ali were excellent hosts and outlined everything we needed to know before and during our stay. We had a wonderful time!

We had such an amazing time! The house is BEAUTIFUL! There are sweeping views of the pool throughout the house, and the pool is surrounded by luscious tropical landscaping. It’s like having your own private piece of paradise. The house was perfect for my family. It had everything we needed. I highly recommend it!

We are only one short block away from the beach! There is no public parking near our deeded beach entrance so this gives you a much less crowded portion of the beach to enjoy. We are a short 10 min walk to downtown Lauderdale-By-The-Sea! We are located in a Quiet Upscale Prestigious Neighborhood.

Parking for the beaches in Fort Lauderdale and Lauderdale by the Sea is hard to come by, avoid the hassle and walk to the beach. Avoid wasting beach time looking for parking then paying a fortune to park. Stay on the island and walk to everything.

We try to have everything that our guests could possibly need on vacation readily available. If they like to bake, we have rolling pins, pie pans, and cookie sheets! If they like to barbecue, we have everything you could possibly need! If they like to play in the sand at the beach, we have lots of sand toys! If they like to check out great restaurants and bars, there are many to choose from just a short walk away! If they like to lounge in the pool, we have all sorts of pool floats! If they like to watch TV, we offer every channel available! If they like to watch TV while lounging in the pool, we have that covered too! Watch your favorite shows from our poolside outdoor TV!
