Beautiful spacious, 2 bed/2 bathroom villa on Southern Costa Blanca

Sleeps up to 4 + baby cot. 2 bedrooms/2bathrooms. 1 Double bed in room 1, 2 twin beds in room 2.
3 outdoor dining areas: roof terrace, garden with covered terrace and first floor balcony. Communal swimming pool only 70 metres.
Free WiFi
Fully equipped kitchen: Oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, iron, kettle etc.
Satellite TV, selection of games.
Tastefully decorated. Off street parking. Short walk to the popular Villamartin Plaza with its shops, restaurants and bars.
EU awarded La Zenia beach is only a 5 minute drive, as well as Villamartin Golf Club on the doorstep, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are just a 5 minute drive.
Local key holder. Mandatory Cleaning fee paid locally to key holder Euros 70 based on 4 persons + Euros 10 for each additional person.
Cleaning practices include: Change of all bedding and bed protection, towels for every guest; after cleaning;
The cleaning team are fully legal. The cleaning fee is payable on arrival directly to my key/holder/cleaners at a rate of Euros 70 for up to 4 persons.

Great location
Appartment, Lot's off space, kept nice, clean and everything we needed is there. 10 minute walk to shops and plaza, golf course nearby. My wife and I loved it there plenty restaurants & bars.

Très bon séjour!!
Très belle maison pour des vacances familiales. Très bonne literie, bonne climatisation, grandes chambres et belle terrasse. La piscine est très grande et très belle, parfaite pour y passer du temps. Le quartier est calme et la zone environnante plus qu'attrayante. La propriétaire est très gentille et disponible pour ses locataires. Nous vous recommandons grandement cette location et n'hésiterons pas à y retourner.

We stayed here for a week villa was lovely and clean and had everything you needed, the shared pool was lovely and didn't get busy at all. We got a bus to the boulevard shopping centre cost us 5€ for family of 5 each way.ĺ

Perfect location, great stay!
Thank you, we had a great stay. Just a few things to note; the toilet door handle keeps falling off, it would’ve been nice to have more than one toilet roll per bathroom & there was no instructions or welcome pack for WiFi, tv etc But Sharon, the key holder, was very efficient & flexible & made the whole experience easy for us. Thank you again X

It was a lovely villa, central to all we needed
the villa itself is spacious, clean and today and had everything we needed. The neighbours are very friendly and the pool area was clean and tidy and well maintained - very quiet. There was a lot of building works going on - but it was quiet and we didn't notice it really, Weather was fab, Villa martin Plaza is a 10/15 min walk - so a nice stroll back after dinner or a 2 min drive. Loved it.

Great property, everything you need, good communal pool
Clean and spacious, with everything you need for your holiday accommodation. Keyholder helpful and resolved issue with bedroom fan not working when we arrived by the next working day. Good pool area, and see the same faces coming back to this community year after year

Excellent place to get away from it all
From start to finish Alison, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. She made the whole booking process so easy. This villa is just lovely. Every possible amenity you could possibly need to while away the days in the sunshine. Quiet location for a relaxing break but equally only a 10 minute (very slow dander) into the Villamartin Plaza which is home to a host of restaurants and bars. I can't wait to return in September. Thanks again Alison.

nous avons passé un bon séjour dans votre villa . très spacieuse et confortable . la seule remarque que nous pourrions faire est le manque de mobilier sur les terrasses . il faudrait aussi changer un peu de vaisselle qui commence à etre vieilllissante (surtout poeles et casseroles ).

not happy about having to pay for electric meter cards as this was not stated anywhere when were booking the property. we were told when we got there the change of bedding was not part of the arrangement and as we were staying for a month this was not acceptable. the cleaning standards were not good , the broken toilet flush was not fixed , we did report this when we were there. on our last 3 days the last electric card did not register, we had to turn everything off as the agent was away for the weekend this was very stressful as we could not enjoy our stay in the last days in the resort. going back to the bedding the pillows were very stained , the other couple that were with us purchased a double quilt and pillowcases the whole of the property needs a complete overall to make it a more comfortable stay especially if you are there for a month like we were

Lovely two bed house with everything in it you could possibly need.. very clean and tidy
Fantastic location within 10 min walking distance of lots of very good bars and restaurants.. very quite street so not kept awake by any noises.. very clean and picturesque pool.. all in all a very relaxing place to stay for a chilled or as energetic a holiday as you want
