Welcome to the Nashville Poolside Cabin, where nature meets city living! The guest suite is an easy 15-minute drive from Nashville International Airport, a 15-minute drive to downtown Nashville, and only 5 minutes from the Nashville Zoo. While offering easy access to main amenities, our home is tucked away in a serene neighborhood with beautiful woodlands. The guest suite is situated on a large private deck featuring a 30-foot pool with loungers (perfect for relaxation) and a private entrance.

Welcome to our newly remodeled guest suite, designed to make you feel right at home during your stay. The guest suite offers full privacy with a separate private keypad entrance. Inside, you'll find a cozy living room with a TV, a small bedroom with a queen-size bed (sleeps 2), and a pull-out couch in the living room that can accommodate one more person. The suite also includes a full mini kitchen, a private bathroom, and air conditioning.

The guest suite is a cozy 300 square feet, perfect for 2 guests with a comfortable queen-size bed. While a third guest can be accommodated on the pull-out couch, we recommend booking for 2 for the best experience.

Enjoy a private space that meets all your needs:

• Bedroom: Cozy bed with blackout curtains and convenient chargers.

• Living Room: Vibrant space with a large L-shaped couch, TV, electric fireplace, large mirror, and plenty of room to get ready. Enjoy Music City with our vinyl record player!

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, full size electric stove/oven, microwave, mini fridge with freezer, and a table with two bar chairs that can be used as a workspace.

• Bathroom: Stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), bath towels, hand towels, and beach towels for lounging by the pool.

Our guest suite is located right by the pool, perfect for tanning, swimming, and enjoying the weather. The 30-foot pool is 4 feet deep. Behind the property, there's a green park and a creek, creating a private oasis atmosphere.

Enjoy the incredibly convenient location: just a 15-minute drive to the airport and Nashville Downtown, with a large grocery store only 5 minutes away. Plus, you'll find fantastic local restaurants nearby, offering authentic Mexican, Egyptian, Turkish, Uzbek, Thai, Chinese, and Indian cuisine.

Whether you're using Uber, Lyft, or your own vehicle (free parking spot provided), getting around is effortless.

Please note: While the guest suite is very private, that it is part of our primary residence. Veteran owned.

For safety reasons, we cannot accommodate children under 18, and we do not allow pets. Additionally, the suite is not handicap accessible due to multiple steps leading up to the deck.

You’re welcome to come and go at your convenience throughout your stay. As this is our primary residence, we kindly ask that you respect the shared spaces. We’ll send you detailed information about entry and parking a couple of days before your arrival.

Other things to note:
*Check-in and check-out times are firm.

*Only the number of guests booked through Vrbo (with a maximum capacity of three people) are permitted to stay on the property. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any additional guests not included in the original booking.

*No parties/large gatherings are allowed.

*Firewood is not provided.

*Although the guest suite offers you great privacy, please remember that it’s part of our primary residence. You might occasionally see us in the common areas.

*We warmly invite you to enjoy the pool from 7 AM to 10 PM. For safety reasons, we kindly ask that you refrain from swimming after 10 PM.

*You might have noticed a hot tub near the suite. Please be aware that it is currently out of order and not available for use.

As we mentioned before, for safety reasons, we cannot accommodate children under 18, and we do not allow pets. Additionally, the suite is not handicap accessible due to multiple steps leading up to the deck. We apologize for any inconvenience.
