I’ve hosted VRBO and Airbnb guests for about eight years at my Lakeside cottage in New Hampshire. Having visited PV many times I absolutely fell in love with it and decided to spend 4 to 6 months a year here. Hence the purchase of this property In 2024 that I now share with you!
Why they chose this property
I’m in love with Zona Romantica. This particular area is more quiet and residential, but just a short walk from all the action. It also has great views because it’s up on the hillside. Though not so far up that you have a big hike contend with!

The amazing tree! Outdoor spaces in the upper units. Private roof deck With stunning views in the penthouse.
