I see most do a damage waiver insurance can I do this?
No, we do not offer this option with the rentals of our homes
Why is the security deposit so high?
We like to keep our homes looking good and functional for all guests. We are able to do this with the security deposit system in place. We refund this within 48 hours of departure provided there is no damage, theft or if the home is not left in orderly fashion
What does orderly fashion mean?
We provide you a clean, orderly home when you arrive. Examples of a home not left in orderly fashion would be – loose trash scattered throughout the home, mattresses or furniture moved, major towel stains and towels scattered throughout the home, food left in ovens or grills, sinks piled with dishes, household trash placed in recycle bins and so forth. This is a private home and is not a Hotel or Cruise ship stay, home must be kept orderly or there is a cleaning fee charged from your security deposit.
The resort fee is charge $64.50 total per day, not per person. Ex: 7 night stay, $451.50 + tax for all people staying in the home. Read your confirmations carefully upon receipt

A Great Vacation / Lovely House
My family of 9 stayed at the property for 21 Days during the month of August and we all had a great time. Tara allowed us to view the property a year prior to our visit to ensure that it met our needs and I would say that the house remained well maintained and immaculately clean even a year after our initial viewing. Booking the house with Tara was hassle free and even though we had a few issues early on during the stay with the house phone and hot water, Mike within the property management team came out promptly and resolved all of the issues. We would definitely recommend and consider rebooking this house in the future. Thanks to Tara and Mike for a great stay.

Beautiful house in Reunion
House was beautiful and clean. We didn’t use all the bedrooms but it was spacious enough for several more people (we had 6). Pool and hot tub were great. Pool table was excellent and the movie theater was awesome, especially for the two rainy days at the beginning of our trip! Communication was great. I would say the only minor negative was that they didn’t provide dish soap, counter spray, laundry detergent, foil, Saran Wrap, or salt and pepper. Very bare bones in the sundry department. Not a big deal but we do a fair amount of house rentals and it is a nice touch when they at least get you started with that stuff. Overall two thumbs up.

Everything was broken in the house
Upon waking up on Saturday morning, we noticed several issues with the house. Here is the list: The front door does not close properly and is so damaged that it leaves a visible gap to the outside, allowing insects to easily enter. About 50% of the cables of the home cinema and the surround sound system in the living room were disconnected. My brother-in-law and I had to spend over 4 hours reconnecting everything. The Roku device was not working, preventing us from enjoying the home cinema. We had to buy a new one at Walmart. The toaster is faulty. Several interior doors do not close properly due to broken hinges. The patio furniture is dirty, old, and damaged. The two armchairs in the living room are sagging, and the leather is damaged. The garbage disposal in kitchen was not working, blocked by four beer caps, a piece of plastic, and a small spring. The pool table has two broken baskets. Three dining room chairs have loose legs, making their use dangerous. Broken hooks in the bathrooms. Some electrical outlets are not working. The ceiling in one bathroom is poorly repaired following water damage. The grout in the master bathroom is damaged, also due to water damage. Several blinds do not open. The screens are sunburned and extremely damaged, making it difficult to see outside. Dirty outside windows. Regarding the cleaning, I strongly recommend reconsidering your contract with the current company. From our waking up on Saturday, we noticed that the house was very dirty or

Was not fully cleaned. No paper towel/ toilet paper in some bathrooms. Water pressure was horrendous. Movie theater remotes do not work. One of the showers smelled very badly of body odor. The pool and hot tub were great though.

Family Vacation
The property was perfect for our family vacation. We had 10 people (two families with two kids each plus one set of grandparents), and there was plenty of space for everyone. The location was great for visiting theme parks and golf courses. It was nice to have the pool and hot tub, and the kids really enjoyed the home theater. We would definitely stay here again!!

Enjoyable stay
The house was as described in the VRBO listing. Pictures were accurate. It was a big comfortable house with lots to do. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time “at home” being out and about in Orlando at the parks etc. We did get to watch one movie in the home theater which was really amazing. And the pool and hot tub at the end of each day were fantastic. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone with so many beds and bathrooms. Lots of pool towels provided as well, which I really appreciated. The kitchen had everything we needed, for making drinks and coffee etc, although we never cooked at home. Reunion is a beautiful resort and we enjoyed the lazy river and some of the dining options. Access to the resort was included in our rental of the property which was a real perk. I think next time I would book a longer stay in order to really enjoy all the house and the resort had to offer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A lovely property, the location was great and overall we had a wonderful time. Very close to most of the theme parks and if you can avoid I4 journey time is around 15 minutes. The pool was lovely especially as it was very hot while we were there. There were a few issues only 3 of the pool loungers were usable - 1 was broken, the bbq was so dirty we decided not to use and we did have some very noisy neighbours who were partying til the early hours on some occasions. Overall though mostly positive and would recommend.

Great location
Spacious home with lovely view and pool area. Back of the house does face west (not south as indicated) so no sun until mid day but with the pool heated really well and warm outside temps. it was not an issue for us. Only some minor suggestions. Toaster is well past its ‘best before date’ and could use some more glasses and small spoons. One more lounger out back would be nice too. Otherwise everything was great. Too bad that paying the resort fee is mandatory as our group didn’t use the resort amenities at all, so that was an extra cost for us with no value. We used the big pool and fitness Centre but these were free. We have stayed in Reunion before and love the grounds and beautiful landscaping.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in this home. We chose it primarily for its location on the Nicklaus course, and it was great. When my husband and our sons played the course, I was able to watch them play from the beautiful patio. We also made good use of the spa, the temperature was perfect for staying in long stretches. The home was spacious and well appointed, and included most of what we needed to cook a few meals. However, I had to purchase some dish soap and a sponge, as well as salt and pepper, and it would have been nice if they were included in the home. Everything else was as expected and we had a great family getaway.

Perfect for our family
We loved staying here and the pics were true to life (which has not always been our experience). Loved that all the rooms had an en suite (avoided the morning fight for who goes first for my teens) and the first floor bedroom was a lifesaver for my mom who is not wild about stairs everyday. We did not use a lot of the amenities since my teen daughter had us at Disney World everyday but it was great to have a comfortable retreat at the end of the day

Great Vacation Home
We really enjoyed this house. The pool although small was really beautiful. The kids loves playing under the fountains. The hot tub take a bit to warm up but we loved it. We were able to use the PS5 with our account from home. That was a treat and the pool table was a lot of fun. We watched a few movies in the theater. The rooms are all spacious as well as the adjoining bathrooms. The house was very quiet. The top bedroom in the back at night would have noise from neighboring homes playing in the pool late. The house is near the end of the road so not a lot of traffic which was nice. Reunion is of course beautiful and my favorite area to stay. Nothing to complain about overall a great stay! We would come back to this house.

Family vacation
The house and Reunion Resort were great. We spent a lot of time at the house enjoying the pool, hot tub and grill. The pool was fairly small, looked larger in the pictures, but we still fit two floats easily. My teen played a lot of pool. The listing showed an Xbox but we never found it. We spent a day at the water park which was very nice and relaxing, not overly crowded. My husband and son loved the Jack Nicklaus golf course which was located in the backyard of the house. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The rooms were all clean and comfortable. Very low shower pressure and it takes a good 3-4 minutes to warm up but we never ran out of hot water. We loved the movie theater and used it at least four nights. Thank you for a great family vacation! We would definitely stay at a Reunion Resort home again in the future!

We had whole family in for the week - the pool was fantastic - the house was better than the pictures posted - and this was a great place for a relaxed vacation. Still very close to parks to enjoy that - but in Reunion it felt like a getaway oasis.

The outside space, although a little bit small, was enough for our party of 6. The hot tub was very popular! The cinema room was a great addition. The location was great, not too far from the Disney parks and only about 30 minutes drive from Universal. The local supermarket was only 10 minutes away and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this villa and we will definitely visit again in the future.

Spring Break 2022
This property was great! It is just as pictured. Very bright and clean! The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the pool was very popular. I spent almost every night in the hot tub. With the pool heat being free there was no problem with the pool being warm enough. We have stayed at many VRBO's in the past few years and the pool heat, or lack there of even when you pay for it, is at best hit and miss. This one was no problem. Our only suggestion would be to improve the internet speed so the theater picture was better. We will tell all our friends to stay here and will be back in the near future.

Nice house, but not very clean.
Very nice house in Reunion neighborhood. Plenty of room to spread out. Easy to check in, and we didn't have any issues at all. However, the house doesn't seem to be cleaned well between guests. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Family Florida Vacation
This home is perfectly located for a family vacation which can include together time and a little Disney. We really could have spent another week here. The theater room was a great place to enjoy evenings with the kids. The pool and hot tub was so enjoyable after the kids went to bed. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood but close enough to all the amenities offered at Reunion. We had a wonderful stay in your lovely home.
